CourierPro provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

  • Express and standard shipping options

  • Insurance and signature services
  • Online booking and quote generation

3. User Responsibilities

CourierPro's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the cost of shipping, whichever is lower. Additional insurance coverage is available for valuable items.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, customs delays, or government actions.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of booking unless credit terms have been established. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments.

Currency conversion rates are updated daily and may fluctuate. The rate applied at the time of booking will be honored for that transaction.

7. Claims and Disputes

Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. All claims must be supported by appropriate documentation and evidence.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
